Message	Mine broke the exact same way from over tightening. I did a temp fix by grabbing a plastic washer and snapped it around the part (top right of the pic) and then just reinstalled with the rubber washer. It was only temp but it has held up for 3 months now. You can order a replacement from Concept Z for like $4 ------------------------------------------------------------ 1995 300ZX TT
